摘要
硅粉混凝土在昌马水库泄洪排沙洞的施工应用中已取得了明显效益。由硅粉混凝土配合比试验优选、拌制、坍落度调整等, 分析总结出了适应底拱滑模、泵送混凝土入仓等施工方法, 并进行有效的混凝土养护, 使其硅粉掺量和水泥用量低于国内同类工程的用量标准, 其抗冲磨强度、抗压强度及抗冻抗渗在已浇筑的硅粉混凝土取样检测结果中均超过设计指标; 良好的和易性、均匀性既方便施工又加快了混凝土浇筑进度。在已浇筑的18 个仓段检查混凝土外观平整无缺陷, 表面均未出现裂缝或龟裂, 这在现有的混凝土工程实例中实属罕见, 应用效果显著。
The application of siliceous ash concrete in the flood releasing and sediment flushing tunnel of Changma Reservoir has gained obvious benefits. Through the mix proportion tests and optimization, mixing and slump adjustment of siliceous ash concrete, some methods which is applicable to bottom arch slipform and pumping concrete into pouring place have been analyzed and summarized. Through the effective concrete curing, the siliceous ash mix amount and the cement use amount are less than that in the similar projects at home. The sample test results from the poured siliceous ash concrete showed that its scour strength, pressure strength, frost resistance and impervious properties all exceed the design indexes. Its good workability and homogeneity not only are convenient to the construction but also quicken the pouring progress of concrete. The check in 18 poured sections showed the surface of concrete is smooth and no defect and no crack occurs, which is rare in the existing concrete projects so that its application results are outstanding.
