摘要
要从根本上解决高校图书馆投资不足、经费短缺的问题,就必须走上法制化的轨道。阐述了高校图书馆投资和投资法制化的内涵,论述了投资法制化的意义,提出了高校图书馆投资法制化的思路。
To fundamentally solve the problems of university library＇s inadequate investment and funds shortage must take the road of legalization.This paper discusses the significance of the legalization of the investment,and puts forward some ideas for the legalization of the investment for university library.
