摘要
针对几十年来国内外高校图书馆开展的基于投资回报的绩效评估,首先从定性与定量两个角度概述研究现状,然后从研究方式、内容、成果等角度对国内外的相关研究进行对比分析。最后提出几点思考,包括高校图书馆应加强实证研究、开展团队合作,以货币形式衡量高校图书馆价值任重道远,投资回报率的评估应与学校整体使命联系起来等。
This paper summarizes the research status from the angle of qualitative and quantitive evaluation in the light of performance evaluation of academic library based on return on investment at home and abroad continued many years, and comparatively analyzes the research status from the angle of research methods, content and outcomes. At last the author presents that academic library should strengthen empirical study and develop teamwork. It＇ s a long way to measure the value of academic library in the form of currency and ROI evaluation should contact with the mission of university.
