摘要
以哈尔滨医科大学图书馆为例,在阐述图书馆消防安全问题重要性的基础上,指出了应在建立健全安全管理规章制度、完善安全消防组织机构及人员配备、逐级落实并强化消防责任等多个方面做好图书馆火灾预防及安全管理工作,提出了图书馆火灾及其他突发事故应急预案的具体措施。
Taking the library of Harbin Medical University as an example,this paper expounds the importance of library’s fire safety,points out that the library should do well the fire prevention and safety management from the aspects of establishing the safety management system and rules,perfecting the institutional framework and personnel allocation for the fire safety,implementing and strengthening the fire fighting responsibility level by level,and puts forward some concrete measures of the emergency program for preventing fire hazard and other unexpected accidents of university library.
