摘要 浮式液化天然气生产储卸装置(LNG-FPSO)集海上天然气的净化、液化、储存、装卸和外运为一体,是一种新型海上气田开发技术。在该技术中,天然气的预处理是一个关键环节,直接影响到后续工艺及整个装置的正常运行。陆上天然气预处理工艺已较成熟,而浮式LNG预处理系统由于受到海上特殊环境的限制,其工艺及设备的选择、布置与陆上有较大差别,研究分析陆上各种预处理工艺及设备对浮式生产装置的适应性,对LNG-FPSO的设计意义重大。给出了海上浮式LNG预处理工艺系统的设计原则及研究思路,分析了现有各种预处理工艺对浮式生产装置的适应性,初选了各种杂质的净化方法。为减少浮式生产装置运动对工艺及设备性能的影响,给出了设备在浮式生产装置上的布置及选型的建议。 LNG floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) unit is a new exploitation technology of offshore gas field that integrates purification, liquefaction, storage, loading, unloading and transportation of offshore natural gas. In this technology, natural gas pretreatment is a critical link that di- rectly affects the normal operation of subsequent processes and the total unit. At present, onshore natural gas pretreatment process is very mature but due to the limitation of special marine environment, the selec- tion of offshore process and equipment is very different from that of onshore process and equipment. Thus, it is of great significance to study the adaptability of various onshore processes and equipment for LNG-FPSO design. The deign principle and research idea of offshore floating LNG pretreatment process system are given, the adaptability of existing various pretreatment processes is analyzed, and the purification method of various impurities is primarily selected. In order to reduce the influence of floating production facility movement on the performance of the process and equipment, suggestions on layout and selection of floating production facilities are made.
