摘要
从韭菜(Alliumtuberosum)根内分离出荧光假单胞菌PseudomondsfluorescentDEI。用筛选出的具有利福平抗性的自发突变株P.f.NKDE2通过拌种和拌培养土回接韭菜,结果表明:P.f.NKDE2能定殖于韭菜根表、根内和根固土中.播种前用P.f.NKDE2拌种,对韭菜生长有明显的促生效果;与对照相比,幼苗的单株根重、主根长、单株叶重及子叶长度四项指标均有显著差异。
A fluoscent pseudomonds rhizoboterial straied Pseudomonas fluorescent DE2, was isolated from Chinese chives (Allium tuberosum Rattl. ex Spreng) and one of the spontaneous Rif mutant strain, P. f. NKDE2 was selected. The effect of seed inoculahon and soil inoculation on the ability of P. f. NKDE2 to colonize on the rhizosphere of Chinese chives was studied. consults show that P. f. NKDE2 can spread rapidly to the surface and interroot of the seeding root. Seedcoating with P. f. NKDE2 before sowing can promote the growth of Chinese chives significantly in both roots and leaves
