Development of a Data Acquisition and Analysis Software

摘要 针对已开发的自动变速器数据采集器,开发了一套与之相匹配的用户采集分析软件。软件通过驱动程序提供的接口函数,获取采集器通过USB总线上传的数据;软件对数据进行解压分析,实现自动识别信号类型;设计了软件抗干扰模块,提出了浮动加权算法进行滤波处理;最终实现了自动分析出自动变速器换档工作时序图的应用需求。现场应用测试表明:该软件运行稳定,提出的滤波算法实用、有效。 A user software is developed for the data acquisition system of automatic transmission. The data transferred through USB from the data acquisition system are captured by the software through the interface function. The data are decompressed, analyzed and the signal type is distinguished automatically. The interference modal is designed effectively and a filtering method is put forward based on float weighting approach. As a result,the shifting timing procedure figure of the automatic transmission is analyzed automatically. This software is proved to be stable. The filtering arithmetic is effective and practical.
