摘要
针对车辆动力换档传动装置,建立了换档离合器在结合过程中的数学模型,分析了油压特性对充油流量的影响,以及油压特性对换档过程中摩擦转矩和滑磨时间的影响.本文研究结果可以用于车辆动力换档传动装置换档离合器与液压系统的性能匹配和性能预测.
In this paper, the dynamic math model of shift clutch in engagement process was determined on the basis of a vehicle power shift transmission. The influence of pressure characteristics on the charge flow rate were analyzed. The influence of pressure characteristics on friction torque and slide time in shift process was also studied. The study results of this paper could be used to the characteristic match and performance prediction of shift clutch with hydraulic system of a vehicle power shift transmission.
