摘要
通过对社会工程研究和网络治理的论述,探讨了两者的特点与关系,强调两者对于贯彻落实科学发展观与构建社会主义和谐社会的理论与现实意义;认为其不仅在理论与方法上有共通之处,且都从整体性视角研究社会结构和社会系统的复杂性,其研究均指向社会结构关系中的交叉领域,并同样以社会系统的矛盾性为前提来寻求协调的纽带,试图为构建和谐社会的发展模式提供整体的可供参考的理论与方法体系。
Based on the research on social engineering and discussion on network governance,the paper deals with the features and relation of the two,stressing the theoretical and actual significance of the two for carrying through and putting into practice the scientific development concept and building a harmonious society.It is considered that there is not only something in common between the two theoretically and methodologically,but they investigate the complexity of social system and the social structure from an overall visual angle as well,with their research oriented to the crossover fields of the social structure and to seeking the links for coordination with the contradiction nature of social system as a premise in an attempt to provide a theoretical and methodological system for reference for the development pattern to construct a harmonic society.
