摘要
针对超光滑加工表面,提出了一种有效的非接触式定量测量模型,利用维纳滤波消除了干扰并恢复了信号。通过建立后续电信号处理系统,提高了测量的效率和精度。
Processing for super-smooth surface,it is proposed that an efficient non-contact quantitative measurement model,the use of wiener filtering to eliminate the interference and restore the signal.through the establishment of subsequent signal processing system,the efficiency and accuracy of the measurement is enhanced.
