摘要
为了解决控制时序和通讯时序的冲突,探索新型的带有网络化功能的点焊控制器。研制的控制器采用双CPU结构,一个单片机完成点焊过程的控制;另一个单片机负责点焊过程信息、质量信息与上位管理机的通信,两个单片机之间采用共用存储器双口RAM方式实现数据的交换。软件设计方面,增加了动态电阻的反馈控制算法。
A method of spot welding controller is explored which solve the conflict of the communications timing and control timing.This design of spot welding controller has a dual structure of SCM.One SCM completes the process control of spot welding;Another SCM is responsible for the message of spot welding process and the quality to communicate with the computer.SCM may exchange data by using of two dual-port RAM memory.In the spot welding control software design,a algorithm for feedback control is added based on dynamic resistance.
