摘要
本文研究了一种新型的微机电阻点焊控制器。文中详细介绍了控制器的主要功能、控制原理、控制器结构及控制程序。该控制把恒压控制和恒流控制结合起来，控制精度为3％，具有功率因数自适应功能，并有较完善的故障自诊断、保护功能。
A new type of resistance spot welding controller with single-chip microprocessor as core is studied in this paper. It depicts the major function, principle of control, structure of the hardwave and software. The method of constant voltage regulation and the one of constant current regulation are coupled togetler in this type. It has the self-adapted function of power factor, and can diagnose by itself and protect at the time of electric failure.
