摘要
针对人工凭经验控制真空挤砖机进料湿度的不足,采用西门子PLC开发了一套真空挤砖机进料湿度自动控制系统。通过功率变送器对双轴搅拌机电机和真空挤砖机搅拌部分电机的有功功率进行检测来间接判别进料湿度,并结合PLC构成一个具有主、副调节器的串级控制系统,实现了对挤砖机进料湿度的自动控制。应用结果表明,该系统安装简单,对进料湿度控制的精度高,可降低企业的人力成本和提高企业产品的质量,具有一定的实用价值。
Aiming at the shortage of manual and rule of thumb controlling vacuum extruder feed moisture,using Siemens PLC to develop a vacuum extruder feed moisture control system.Through power transmitters detected active power of the dual-axis mixer motor and the mixing part motor of vacuum extruder to indirectly determine feed moisture,combined with PLC to form a cascade control system which has lord,vice-regulator,and realized feed moisture automatic control for vacuum extruder.And its validity and reliability has been proved in the practice.
