摘要
城市土地集约利用水平是否提高,有赖于其驱动力是否发挥作用以及其发挥作用的程度,城市土地集约利用驱动力因素可分为内部驱动力和外部驱动力。选取耕地总量、地均GDP、GDP增长速度等13项驱动力因素,运用灰色关联度分析法,对广西北部湾经济区城市土地集约利用驱动力的研究表明,耕地总量、综合容积率、地均从业人数、第三产业占GDP比例、城镇化率、城镇居民可支配收入是推动该区域城市土地集约利用水平提高的主要驱动力因素。
The increase of urban land intensive use level relies on the performance of the driving forces. The driving forces of urban land use can be divided into internal and external forces. Selecting 13 driving forces, such as the amount of cultivated land, terra GDP, and the growth of GDP, and using the grey relational degree analysis, this paper studies the driving forces of urban land use in Beibuwan Economic Zone in Guangxi. The results show that the amount of cultivated land, integrated plot ratio, terra employed persons, proportion of tertiary industry to GDP , urbanization rate, per capita disposable income of urban households are the main driving forces which promote the level of the intensive urban land use in the region.
