摘要
从柔性制造系统(FMS)的故障机理入手,介绍了FMS诊断系统总体框架。重点给出了FMS系统状态监控与故障诊断系统体系结构,指出了该集成系统由数据获取模块、紧急情况模块、状态分类决策模块和信息管理模块组成。探讨了实际柔性生产过程中实时在线的状态监控系统实现的关键技术,对基于层次结构的故障树诊断模型进行了分析与探讨。
From the fault theory of flexible manufacturing system(FMS), a general frame on fault diagnosing system for FMS is studied in this paper. Asystem for monitoring status of surrounding equipment and diagnosing faults in FMS consists of data -acquisition, emergency handling, status classification froman extended fault diagnosis and information management modules. The key technologies which realizes the real -time online condition supervisory system in the actual flexibility production process have been discussed, Fault tree diagnosis mldel based on the hierarchical structure has been analyzed and discussed.
