摘要 数控机床的可靠性评估对于评价加工精度和加工效率有着重要意义。以比例风险模型(PHM)为基础的基于状态维修(CBM)方法是预防性维修方法的一种,它强调运行时间和实时状态对设备寿命的影响,基于历史数据和实时运行状态评估设备的可靠性。对计算模型加以改进,利用灰色模型估计其中的风险度函数的参数,使之适用于数控机床失效数据较少的情况。以某厂实际运行的精密机床主轴轴振作为状态量,建立数据库,采集轴振信号,记录历史事件,采用CBM方法分析数据,计算机床的可靠度、风险度。计算结果表明:该方法能够评估设备的运行状态,并能优化设备维修策略。 The reliability evaluation of NC machine tool is significant in evaluating precision and efficiency of machining. Condition-based maintenance (CBM) method based on proportional hazards model (PHM) is one of predictive maintenance methods which emphasizes the influences of runtime and real condition on equipment life and evaluates reliability of equipments based on historic data and real condition. The model was modified by adopting grey model to estimate the parameters in the hazard rate function, so it could be suitable for situation with lesser failure data of NC machine tool. Taking data of shaft vibration in actual running of precision machine tools from a plant as state value, database was established, signals of shaft vibration were collected, events of history were recorded, data was analyzed by CBM method and reliability rate and hazard of machine tool were computed. The results indicate that CBM model is effective for the prediction of the reliability and condition of the devices, and also can provide some suggestions to optimize maintenance policy.
