摘要
针对纵向补给装置的液压冲击问题,利用AMESim仿真软件建立液压系统的仿真模型。运用AMESim软件的批处理功能,分析换向阀换向时间、管道内径、管道壁厚、管道长度对系统压力的影响。仿真结果表明:换向阀换向时间是影响液压冲击的主要因素,延长换向时间,可以有效地减小液压冲击。提出减小液压冲击的措施,为装置液压系统的设计与优化提供了理论依据。
Under AMESim environment, a simulation model of hydraulic system of astern replenishment system was built to analyze the hydraulic impact. The influences of reversing time of servo-valve, inner diameter, thickness and length of the pipe on the hydraulic impact were analyzed by using batch run of AMESim. The simulation results show that the reversing time is the main factor which affects the hydraulic impact, therefore, the reversing time delay can effectively reduce the hydraulic impact. The measures were presented to reduce the hydraulic impact, which provide basis for the hydraulic system design and optimization.
