摘要
研究数控冲床x轴在高速运动中的运动情况,建立x轴运动系统动力学模型,并针对数控冲床在高速运转过程中出现的问题,提出满足数控冲床性能要求的加减速运动控制算法。
The motion instances when the x-axis of CNC punching machines ran at a high-speed were investigated. The dynamic model of the x-axis motion system was built. To solve the problems occurred while CNC punching machine ran, the acceleration/deceleration control algorithm satisfying the motion control performance of CNC punching machines was introduced,
