摘要
湿布丝光可提高碱液的渗透性,提高丝光效果,并且节约能源,但该工艺要求助剂具有很好的耐碱稳定性。通过考察合成条件对助剂性能的影响,如渗透性能、沉降时间和耐碱稳定性等,优化了丝光助剂异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯的合成条件,即异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚与五氧化二磷的摩尔分数比为3∶1,分批投入五氧化二磷,酯化温度90℃,酯化时间4 h,水解前一次性加水,水解温度为90℃,时间3 h。用该产品进行湿布丝光,并与干布丝光进行比较,结果显示,湿布丝光工艺具有较好的丝光效果,并且对织物损伤小。
Wet mercerization can improve mercerizing effect by the permeability of alkali,and save energy,but the process requires an alkali-resistant auxiliary.The iso-tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate is synthesized and is used to wet mercerization process.By examining effects of synthesis conditions on the performance of additives such as permeability,settling time and alkali stability,the optimum synthesis process is determined as follows:n(iso-tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether):n(phosphorus pentoxide) 3 ∶ 1,feeding phosphorus pentoxide in batches,esterification at 90 ℃ for 4 h,adding all water before hydrolysis,hydrolysis at 90 ℃ for 3 h.Wet mercerized fabric with the prepared auxiliary has better mercerization effect and little strength damage compared with the dry mercerized fabric.
