摘要
目前对单十二烷基磷酸酯的合成已开展了较多研究,本文对表面活性剂单十二烷基磷酸酯提纯工艺进行了研究。以工业级单十二烷基磷酸酯粗品为原料,通过萃取、干燥等方法,分离残余磷酸和醇等杂质,从而达到提纯单十二烷基磷酸酯的目的。该工艺所生产的单十二烷基磷酸酯残余酸和残余醇质量分数均小于1%。
At present, many studies have been carried out on the synthesis of monododecyl phosphate. In this paper, the purification process of surfactant monododecyl phosphate was studied. Using the crude industrial grade monododecyl phosphate as raw material, the impurities such as residual phosphoric acid and alcohol are separated by extraction and drying, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying monododecyl phosphate. The mass fractions of residual acid and residual alcohol of monododecyl phosphate produced by this process are less than 1%.
