父母关系及亲子沟通对初中生心理健康状况的影响 被引量:22

Survey on the impact of parents' relationship and parent-child communication on mental health status of junior middle school students

摘要 目的探讨父母关系及亲子沟通对初中生心理健康的影响及影响内容,为改善初中生心理健康状况提供依据。方法采用分层随机抽样法抽取武汉市8所初级中学的3 598名学生作为研究对象,采用心理健康诊断测验量表(MHT量表)及自编量表进行问卷调查。结果初中生心理问题的阳性率为23.93%,具有和谐父母关系的学生与不和谐父母关系的学生、良好亲子沟通的学生与不良亲子沟通的学生在学习焦虑、对人焦虑、孤独倾向、过敏倾向、身体症状、恐怖倾向、冲动倾向的因子得分及MHT总分差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论初中生的心理健康问题的阳性率较高,迫切需要心理援助和心理健康教育。不和谐的父母关系、缺乏正常的亲子交流可能是青少年心理问题的重要危险因素。 Objective To provide evidence to improve the mental health of junior middle school students through discussing the impact of the relationship between parents and parent-child communication on mental health of junior middle school students and which aspects of the mental health are affected. Methods Totally 3 598 students in 8 junior middle schools were selected through stratified random sampling. The mental health was assessed by self-designed questionnaire and Mental Health Test Scale ( MHT Scale ) .Results The positive rate of the junior middle school students psychological problems was 23.93%. The scores in learning anxiety, interpersonal anxiety, loneliness tendency, sensitive tendencies, physical symptoms, terrorist tendencies, impulsive tendencies and total score of MHT were significantly different ( P 〈 0.05 ) between the students with different parent-child relationship and parent-child communication. Conclusion The positive rate of junior high school students' mental health problems is high. Adolescents urgently need psychological assistance and mental health education. Discordant parents relationship, the lack of normal parent-child communication may be the important risk factors of psychological problems of adolescents.
