摘要
细胞活性的检测是体外细胞培养技术中常用的一个检测指标。常用的方法有直接染色法、克隆形成试验、比色法等。概述了一些常用的细胞活性检测方法的原理、特点,并对比了各自的优缺点。
The detection of cell activity is commonly used in vitro cell culture technology as a test target.Commonly used methods include direct staining,the clonogenic,colorimetry and so on.Some common methods of cell activity detection,themselves principles and characteristics were outlined.The advantages and disadvantages of them were also compared.
