徐州市健康促进学校膳食指南(2007)营养宣教效果分析

Effect of nutrition health education for Dietary Guide on Chinese (2007) in health promoting schools in Xuzhou City

摘要 目的了解徐州市健康促进学校中小学生对《中国居民膳食指南(2007)》("指南2007")知识知晓情况并分析健康教育效果。方法采用分层整群抽样,对徐州市区健康促进中小学学生的膳食指南知识进行基线调查与宣传教育。结果宣教后,有89.0%的小学生知道"指南2007",96.4%的中学生知道"指南2007",均较宣教前明显提高(P<0.01)。11道营养知识题中,小学生有5个方面的正答率较宣教前提高(P<0.01),中学生有10个方面的正答率较宣教前提高(P<0.01),差异均有统计学意义。结论健康教育对提高中小学生营养知识认知有效,应继续推广健康促进学校模式。 Objective To understand the status of knowledge on the Dietary Guide on Chinese (2007) and evaluate the effect of health education in health promoting schools in Xuzhou City. Methods The students in a health promoting elementary school and a middle school in Xuzhou City were selected with a stratified duster sampling method and investigated with questionnaire before and after the health education. The data collected were analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Results After the education, the awareness rates of the Guide in the primary and middle school students were 89.0% and 96.4 % respectively, and the awareness rates were high than those before the education (both P〈0.01). Among 11 nutrition questions from the Guide, the correct rates of 5 questions increased in primary school students and the eorrect rates of 10 questions increased in middle school students compared with those before the education ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions The nutrition health education in health promoting schools is effective and the education model should be encouraged.
