摘要
以丙烯酸、马来酸酐为原料,亚硫酸氢钠为链转移剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂研究了丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物的合成,考察了聚合温度、链转移剂和引发剂配比对丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物的相对分子量的影响,并考察了其相对分子量与其分散性能之间的关系。结果表明,聚合温度控制在60~70℃之间,NaHSO3与K2S2O8质量之比控制在1.5~2,丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物的相对分子量分布在2 000~4 000;相对分子量在2 000左右的丙烯酸-马来酸酐共聚物有最佳的分散性能。
Maleic anhydride-acrylic acid copolymer was synthesized with maleic anhydride and acrylic acid as materials,kalium persulfate as initiator and sodium bisulfite as chain transfer agent.The influence of the polymerization temperature,the ratio of kalium persulfate to sodium bisulfite on the molecular weight of the copolymer was studied,and the relation between the molecular weight and the performance of dispersal was discussed.The results show that when the reaction temperature is between 60 ℃ and 70 ℃ and the ratio of kalium persulfate to sodium bisulfite is between 1.5 and 2,the molecular weight of the copolymer from 2 000 to 4 000;maleic anhydride-acrylic acid copolymer whose molecular weight is about 2 000 has the best dispersibility.
