摘要
考察了在杂多酸准液相催化剂上乙醇和环氧乙烷醚化反应。结果发现:杂多酸催化剂具有较高的催化反应活性和较窄的相对分子量分布,其活性顺序为:PW12>SiW12-PMo12>SiMo12,用其替代BF3催化剂,具有环境友好特点。同时,还考察了各种影响因素,如乙醇与环氧乙烷物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、反应机理等对乙二醇乙醚分布、选择性、副产物(双醚)的影响。
Etherification of ethanol with ethylene oxide was investigated systematically with heteropolyacid as pseudo liquid phase catalyst.The results obtained show that heteropolyacid catalysts having higher catalytic activities,narrow product distribution,and being environmentally friendly,can take the place of BF 3 catalyst.The catalytic activities are in the order of:PW 12 >SiW 12 ~PMo 12 >SiMo 12 .At the same time,influences of various factors such as molar ratio(EtOH/EO),quantity of catalyst,reaction temperature and time,and reaction mechanism on the distribution of 2 ethoxyethanol,selectivity and by products(double ether) were examined.
