摘要
报道了2003年5月1日～6月25日在玉环县东方海洋生物有限公司育苗厂80m^2的水泥池中育出平均体长2．34cm的双齿围沙蚕（Perinereis aibuhitensis Grube）幼体13．16kg，并对双齿围沙蚕疣足幼虫进行了不同生态条件的单因子试验。结果表明，适宜的温度为24～26℃；盐度的适合范围为15．0～34．8，最适21．6；饵料以球等鞭全藻和混合藻（角毛藻＋扁藻＋微绿球藻）为佳，球等鞭金藻的密度以20×10^4个／mL组效果最佳；4刚疣足幼体起投细砂效果明显优于其它组。
13.16 kg larva of Perinerei.＋ aibuhitensis Grube which average length was 2.34 cm had been bred in 80 m^2 concrete pool Orient Halobios Corporation in Yuhuan country from May 1st to June 25th in 2003. Different conditions of zoology odd-gone test were carried out on larva. The result indicated that the condign temperature was 24～26℃ ; the eondign salinity was 15. 0～34.8, the best of all was 21.6; the condign feeds were Isochrysis galbana, the commingled algae （Chaetoceros sp. , Nannonchloris oculata and Platymonas subcordiformis）, and the best density of L galbana was 20×10^4 cell/mL; The larva having 4 arthromeres and throwing thin sands makes the livability and metamorphosis rate of the larva higher than those of other groups of larvae.
