摘要
本文采用有限元分析方法建立空芯电涡流传感器探头线圈二维参数化模型,并对其模型进行了仿真,在仿真过程中研究了电涡流传感器检测系统中检测距离,检测材料,检测频率对电涡流传感器的性能和灵敏度的影响,为涡流检测的实际应用提供分析方法和参考依据。
Using finite element method,this paper establishes 2D parameterized model of hollow eddy current sensor probe coil and simulates.It researches the influence of inspect distance,inspect material,inspect frequency to eddy current sensor's sensitivity and performance in the process of emulation,and provides analytical method and reference evidence for practical application of eddy current testing.
