摘要
为了考察电涡流检测系统中电涡流及感应磁场的分布特征,以便为检测系统的参数设置提供依据,文中以电涡流传感器正对一足够大的圆柱零件的检测情形为例,建立了轴对称似稳交变电磁场的有限元仿真分析模型,并以条件变分法给出了电涡流检测系统仿真分析所必需的计算公式,从而将检测系统三维涡流场的一般问题转化为二维似稳交变电磁场问题。最后,给出电涡流所产生的感应磁场的仿真分析结果。
To research the distributing characteristic of eddy as well as inductive field of eddy inspection system so as to provide the parameter setup foundation, taking the example of inspecting a cylindrical part with a eddy sensor, the finite element model of the axis-symmetry quasi-steady electromagnetic field is built up in this paper. By use of the conditional integral method, the calculation equations of the system simulation are provided. So the three-dimensional eddy problem of the eddy inspection system is changed into one of two-dimensional quasi-steady field. In the end, the simulation results of eddy inspection system is given.
