摘要
从政策目标出发,结合调查数据与前人研究,尝试性地设计了农民免费健康体检政策实施效果的评价指标,并用此指标对浙江省参合农民免费健康体检政策的实施效果进行了评价与分析,据此提出完善政策的建议。
Free physical examination policy for peasants was evaluated with indicators based on quantitative survey and literature review,and some valuable suggestions were proposed.
