摘要
目的 探讨保留下颌骨连续性舌癌联合根治术治疗中晚期舌癌的可行性。方法 对采用此术式治疗的１８例中晚期舌癌的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 术后全部病例均能进普食且面容改变不大。３、５年生存率为５０％ 、４２．９％ 。５年生存率与同期行常规舌癌联合根治术比较无显著差异（Ｐ＞ ０．０５）。结论 保留下颌骨连续性舌癌联合根治术对中晚期舌癌是一种可行的根治性手术。手术的关键是掌握好适应症，同时要求术者具备相当的经验和手术技巧。
? Objective To investigate the possibility of retaining continuity of the mandible in the surgical management of the advanced tongue carcinoma.Methods 18 cases receiving combined radical operation retaining continuity of mandible were analysed retrospectively.Results All of the cases could be able to eat normally with a slight cosmetic deformity after operation .The survial rate of 3,5 years was 50%,42.9% respectively.The overall five-year survial rate was comparable with that of cases receiving combined radical operation cutting off the mandible in the same period (P>0.05).Conclusion The authors suggested the combined radical operation retaining continuity of mandible should be adopted if there are the indications for patients with advanced tongue carcinoma,and that the surgeons have experience and enough skill for the operation should be emphasized. 〔
