摘要
水电站机电设备涉及面广 ,技术难度高 ,专业性较强 ,要让这些设备正常地发挥功能 ,其质量的控制尤为重要。由于目前我国的质量评定标准、规程以及监理理论在机电方面还有不完善的地方 ,给机电监理带来了一定的难度 ,在实际工作中 ,必须结合工程具体情况处理。从监理人员的组成到质量检验、评定的全过程 ,对机电设备安装工程提出了一套较完整的质量控制方法 ,并通过事例进行了说明 ,具有较强的实用性。
Mechanical and electric equipment installation is characterized by various specialized aspects,and high degree of technology difficulty.For the normal operation of these equipments,the installation quality control is very important.As there are still some imperfect aspects in quality evaluation standards and regulations as well as supervision theory about mechanical and electric equipment installation in China,in the supervision for mechanical and electric equipment installation there exist some difficulties,so,the supervision must be carried out in compliance with concrete conditions in practical work.A set of quality control measures for mechanical and electric equipment installation works are provided,from the composition of supervision personnel to the overall process of quality examination and evaluation,and illustrated through examples,which is very practicable.
