沙漠边缘煤矿风积砂膏体充填保水开采研究 被引量:21

Study on Water Conservation Mining with Aeolian Sand Paste Backfill in Coal Mine at Desert Border

摘要 为在毛乌素沙漠南缘脆弱生态环境下实现保水采煤,对该区域刀柱式采煤法、房式采煤法代表性矿井煤柱稳定性进行了分析,得出煤柱安全性系数分别为1.12和0.89,不能保证煤柱长期稳定。基于沙漠边缘榆阳区煤层赋存条件,提出了刀柱式膏体充填开采方法。充填材料用风积砂占60%~75%的膏体材料,其28 d单轴抗压强度8~10 MPa,可满足充填开采需要。结果表明:采用刀柱式风积砂膏体充填开采,能将某矿井工作面实际采出率从44%提高至85%以上,可延长该矿服务年限8~9年。刀柱式风积砂充填开采能有效控制覆岩移动和变形,保护第四系含水层。 In order to have a water conservation mining under the weak ecological environment at the south border of Mu Us Desert,the paper analyzed the coal pillar stability in the mines with the rib pillar mining method and the room and pillar mining method.The safety coefficient of the coal pillars was 1.12 and 0.89 individually and a long stability of the coal pillar could not be ensured.Based on the deposit conditions of Yangyu Mine at the border of the desert,a rib pillar backfill mining method was provided.The backfill material was the paste material with about 60% to 75% of the aeolian sand,the 28 days uniaxial compressive strength would be 8 ~ 10 MPa and could meet the requirements of the backfill mining.The results showed that with the rib pillar mining with the aeolian sand backfill,the actual mining rate of the coal mining face in a mine could be improved from 44% to over 85%,the mine service life could be expanded of 8~9 years.The rib pillar mining with aeolian sand backfilling could be effective to control the displacement and deformation of the overburden strata and to protect the integrality of the aquifer in the Quaternary System
