摘要
房式采煤法虽有诸多的优点,但有回采率低等缺点。结合大柳塔煤矿的实际情况,介绍了房式采煤法的布置技术和回采工艺,并对基本回采工艺的特点、适用条件、优缺点做了分析,从技术经济方面讲,采用双翼回采率要高于单翼回采。如果再考虑现场施工的易操作性和生产过程中的实际要求,房采可按需要选择全部回采和部分回采两种方式,全部回采的最好方式是顶板全部垮落法,部分回采必须要保证留设的煤柱能够支撑顶板不跨落。
Room mining has many advantages, but its recovery rate is low. Combined with the real situation in Daliuta mine, the paper introduces the arrangement technology and mining techniques of the room mining. The paper also analyzes the mining features, adaptability condition, and strengths and weaknesses. From the perspective of technical economy, the recovery rate of double-wing is higher than that of single-wing. If the operation of spot and requirement of production process are considered, two types of the room mining can be selected： full-mining and part-mining. The best full-mining is roof-fully-caving mining; while the part-mining should ensure pillars to support the roof from falling.
