摘要
本实验以经孕马血清促性腺激素（ Ｐ Ｍ Ｓ Ｇ） 和人绒毛膜促性腺激素（ｈ Ｃ Ｇ） 处理的大鼠为实验材料， 采用放射免疫法研究内皮素－ １ （ Ｅｎｄｏｔｈｅｌｉｎ － １ ， Ｅ Ｔ－ １） 对离体大鼠黄体孕酮分泌功能的影响。结果显示一定浓度的 Ｅ Ｔ－ １（１０ ×１０ － ７ ｍｏ Ｌ Ｌ～１０×１０ － ５ ｍｏ Ｌ Ｌ） 对黄体细胞孕酮分泌有抑制作用， 说明一定剂量的 Ｅ Ｔ－ １ 对黄体细胞的功能变化有明显影响。
To study the effect of ET-1 on progesteron production function of corpus luteal(CL)cells for isolated Wistars, taking Wistars injected PMSG and hCG as the experimental materials.Demonstrating that ET-1(1 0×10 -7 mol/L～1 0×10 -5 moL/L)can decrease progesterone production. The results showed that ET-1 might be an important regulator in CL.
