摘要
基于开关电容系统理论,设计了一种多通路输出的电荷泵,为AMOLED显示驱动芯片中的源驱动和栅驱动电路提供电源电压。使用混合调制模式,根据源驱动和栅驱动的等效负载情况,分别设计相应的环路调制电路,在实现恒压输出的同时,降低VDH纹波电压与电源噪声,提高功率效率。基于0.18μm HVCMOS工艺的仿真结果表明,电路能够获得较小的VDH纹波电压,电源电压在2.6~3.3 V的范围内变化时,功率效率最高可达94.54%。
Based on switched capacitor system theory,a multi-output charge pump was designed,which could provide supply voltage for both gate and source drivers in AMOLED display driver IC.In the charge pump,mixed control mode was adopted,and for different loads of gate and source driver circuits,different regulator loops were designed to fix output voltages with higher power efficiency,lower VDH ripple and supply noise.Simulation based on 0.18 μm HVCMOS process demonstrated that the circuit had a small VDH ripple voltage and a power efficiency up to 94.54% when supply voltage changed from 2.6 V to 3.3 V.
