摘要
目的观察滋阴清热法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效及对血清嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)水平的影响。方法选择2009年4月-2010年1月解放军总医院门诊符合诊断标准的CVA患者70例随机分为两组,治疗组给予滋阴清热法为主组方的汤剂,对照组给予茶碱缓释胶囊治疗;两组均以4周为1个疗程。分别在治疗前后观察患者咳嗽、咽痒、咯痰、气急等症状积分情况,检测患者血清ECP、IL-5的含量。结果治疗组患者症状改善优于对照组,其ECP、IL-5水平下降程度较对照组明显。结论滋阴清热法治疗CVA,可降低患者血清ECP、IL-5水平,从而减轻症状。
Objective：To observe the effect of Ziyinqingre Therapy on clinical efficacy,ECP and IL-5 in patients with cough variant asthma（CVA）.Methods：70 CVA patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The treatment group was treated with the Ziyinqingre Therapy.The control group was used the theophylline sustained-release capsules.After a treatment course for 4 weeks,the cough,the throat itching,the expectoration and the breath shortness were observed in 2 groups.Meanwhile,the ECP and the IL-5 were detected in the 2 groups.Results：These symptom improvments of the treatment group were superior to those of the control group.These declines of the ECP and the IL-5 in the treatment group were more obvious than those in the control group.Conclusion：The Ziyinqingre Therapy could treat the CVA.It could decrease the ECP and the IL-5 to relieve the clinical symptoms.
