喉罩辅助通气静脉麻醉在C型臂引导下纤维支气管镜检查治疗中的应用 被引量：3

摘要 经C型臂引导下纤维支气管镜检查治疗术，具有定位准确、检查阳性率高的最大优点，是近年来逐渐应用于临床的新技术之一。因环境特殊，检查时间长、难度大、患者紧张，局麻难以完成检查，如何把无痛技术在影像科的特殊情况下安全实施，又能最大程度的减少放射线对麻醉医师造成的人身损害是值得探索的问题。我院自2009年5月-2010年9月采用在喉罩辅助通气静脉麻醉下行C型臂引导纤维支气管镜检查治疗术，效果满意．现报道如下。
