严重膝内翻畸形全膝关节置换术患者的康复护理 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨严重膝内翻畸形行人工膝关节置换(TKA)患者手术前后护理及康复锻炼方法。方法:对36例膝关节严重内翻畸形行TKA患者在手术前、后实施康复训练,给予患者心理安慰及精神支持,并通过早期增强肌力及关节活动度的练习、局部冷热交替疗法减轻肿胀、切口部位加压包扎减少出血等方法预防各种并发症的发生,采用纽约特种外科医院的HSS膝关节评分标准对患者的膝关节功能进行评价。结果:36例TKA患者随访6~24个月,膝关节HSS评分,优20例,占55.5%;良16例,占44.5%,未发生严重并发症。结论:对严重膝内翻畸形行TKA患者手术前后进行针对性、有效性的护理及功能锻炼指导是提高手术疗效的重要措施。 To discuss the methods and effect of rehabilitation nur.sing of the patients with severe varus deformity of knee undergoing total knee arthroplasty (TKA).Methods:Rehabilitation training and a series of methods to prevent complications were carried out on 36 cases with severe varus deformity of knee undergoing total knee replacement surgery, such as functional exercises to strengthen muscle strength and range of motion, alternating hot and cold therapy to reduce swelling, performing pressure dressing after the operation to reduce bleeding.The Hospital of Special Surgery (HSS) score of knee joint was used to evaluated the function of knee joint.Results:36 cases were followed up for 6-24 months,HSS knee score were excellent in 20 cases,accounting for 55.5%; good in 16 cases,accounting for 44.5%.No severe complications occurred.Conclusion:The targeted and effective guidance of nursing and functional training on the patients with severe varus deformity of knee undergoing total knee arthroplasty is an important measure to improve the curative effect.
