大肠癌术后早期肠内营养的应用护理 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨大肠癌手术后早期肠内营养的必要性及护理方法。方法15例接受大肠癌手术的患者,术中留置FREKA三腔管至空肠上段,术后6-24h开始实施肠内营养,观察并发症的发生、胃肠功能恢复情况以及营养指标和免疫功能的变化。结果术后1周,患者的体重、血红蛋白、血浆蛋白、前白蛋白、血清白蛋白均有不同程度的提高,其中血浆蛋白和前白蛋白上升最明显(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),营养前后免疫学指标IgA、IgGI、gM、淋巴细胞计数差异有显著性(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),胃肠功能恢复快,且无严重并发症的发生。结论早期肠内营养能够显著改善大肠癌手术患者的营养状况,显著提高患者的免疫功能,促进病人胃肠功能的恢复。具有符合生理、安全、有效、价廉的优点。通过预见性的护理,预防并减少并发症的发生,保证肠内营养的顺利实施。
