摘要
信息化与科技创新的有机融合是世界各国提升国家竞争优势和国际地位的必然选择。信息社会中,创新活动的开展离不开信息资源的支撑与保障,需要进行合理的信息资源配置。在这一背景下,创新理论与传统信息资源配置理论不断融合,有力推动了传统配置理论的深化与拓展。本文从研究范围和研究视角两个维度分析了创新环境下的信息资源配置理论研究进展,以多元化创新需求为导向,探讨了新的信息资源配置理论的研究热点。
The organic integration of informationization and scientific and technical innovation is the inevitable choice of all countries in the world to enhance their national competitiveness and international status.In information society,the development of innovation activities can＇t go without the support and guarantee of information resources, and it needs the rational allocation of information resources.In this context,the continuous integration of the theory of innovation with the theory of the traditional information resources allocation vigorously promotes the deepening and expansion of the theory of the traditional allocation.From the perspective of research range and angle of view,this paper analyzes the progress in theoretical research on information resources allocation in the innovation environment. Taking the diversified innovation demand as the guide,the paper explores the new hot topics of research on the theory of information resources allocation.
