摘要
目的:观察养心合剂佐治慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:慢性心衰患者70例随机分为对照组31例和治疗组39例。对照组常规治疗,治疗组加用养心合剂,8周为1个疗程。观察心功能、血浆Nt-proBNP和心率变异性的改变。结果:治疗组治疗后心功能明显改善,血浆Nt-proBNP明显下降,心率变异性参数中SDNN、SDANN、SDNN I均明显升高,治疗前后比较有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);其中心功能及SDNN、SDANN、SDNN I两组比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:养心合剂佐治慢性心衰,可进一步改善心功能,改善预后。
Objective：To observe the effect of Yangxinheji on the treatment of myocardial failure.Methods：70 patients with myocardial failure were randomly divided into twogroups.Patients in controlgroup（n=31） were treated with routine therapy.Patients in treatmentgroup（n=39） were treated with Yangxinheji additionally.The therapeutic course was 8 weeks.Heart function,changes of Nt-proBNP and heart rate variability were observed.Results：After treatment,for the treatmentgrout,heart function was improved,Nt-proBNP level decreased,SDNN,SDANN and SDNN I increased（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.For the heart function,SDNN,SDANN and SDNN I,there were significant differences between the twogroups（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Combination of Yangxinheji and routine therapy has agood effect on myocardial failure.
