摘要
目的 :观察小剂量倍他乐克对高血压病人心率变异性的影响。方法 :3 6例高血压低心率变异性病人服用 3 5mg/d～ 5 0mg/d倍他乐克进行 2 4h动态心电图监测 ,观察治疗前后心率变异性的改变 ,结果 :用药 2周后 3 6例病人心率变异性均有明显提高 ,其中 75 %的病人心率变异性达到正常水平以上 ,2 5 %的病人接近正常。结论
Objective To observe the effect of small dose betaloc on low heart rate variability (HRV) in hypertension patients.Methods 36 hypertension patients with low HRV were given betaloc 25 mg～50 mg daily and monitored by dynamic electrocardiogram round the clock,and the changes of HRV before and after the treatment observed.Results HRV in all the patients was significantly increased two weeks after the administration.75% of the patients had normal HRV,and 25% of them approached the normal level.Conclusion Small dose betaloc had a significant effect on low HRV in hypertension patients.
