摘要
在大力开发矿产资源获得巨大经济利益的同时,我国的矿山地质环境和生态环境也遭受到了前所未有的破坏。本文总结分析了产生矿山地质生态环境的深层次原因,并从实际出发,从管理体制、机制和制度三个层面,提出了我国矿山环境保护与治理的应对之策。
The development of mineral resources, huge economic interests in China, the mine geological environment and ecological environment has also suffered unprecedented destruction. This paper summarizes the analysis result of mine geological environment and the deep reasons from the reality, and several suggestions are proposed for mine environment protection and improvement from the management system, the mechanism and system from three aspects.
