摘要
供需决定价格,价格主导资源配置。随着铁矿石价格的高涨,全球铁矿资源的垄断在不断加剧。为了保障我国钢铁工业的健康发展,首先应加大境外找矿力度,并以多种方式参与境外资源的开发;其次应提高国内海运能力,坚持国货国运,降低海运费;最重要的是立足国内,加大国内铁矿资源的勘查力度,尽快将查明资源储量转化为储量,同时提高废钢利用水平。
Supply and demand determines the price, price leads resource allocation. With the rising iron ore prices, the monopoly of the world＇s iron ore resources has been growing. In order to protect the healthy development of steel industry, the first exploration should be efforts to increase overseas, and we should participate the development of resources outside in many ways; followed by increasing domestic shipping ca- pacity, to persist in using our own capacity to transport iron ore, reducing ocean freight; the most impor- tant is based on the domestic, increase the intensity of domestic iron ore resources exploration, as quickly as possible turn proved reserves into reserves, while increasing the level of utilization waste iron and steel.
