摘要
结合我国金属矿产资源开发与供给的现状,分析了我国金属矿产资源开发发展循环经济的意义,以循环经济发展的“3R”为原则,提出开展矿床数字化建设和开采设计管理,开展金属矿产资源高效采矿、选矿技术研究,开展采矿技术公关解决难采矿石的回采、降低损失率,开展选矿技术公关提高选矿回收率,开展尾矿综合利用和生态建设等金属矿山循环经济发展的技术方向;从政策、技术与资金投入、宣传等方面提出了发展金属矿产资源循环经济的政策措施。
In light of the present status of China's exploitation and supply of metal mineral resources , the significance of the development of recvcle economy in the exploitation of China's metal mineral resources is analyzed . With the “3R” ( reduce , reuse , recycle) as the principle in the recycle economy development, the technological orientation of the recycle economy development of metal mines is pointed out , which includes earrying out deposit digitalization construction and mining design management ,carrying out the research on high-efficiency mining and mineral processing technologies for metal mineral resoures, carrying out the mining technical chanllenge tackling to extract the hard - to - mine ores and reduce the loss rate, carrying out the processing technical chanllenge tackling to raise the metal recovery, and carrying out the comprehensive utilization of tailings and ecological construction . Suggestions are made on the development of the recycle economy of metal mineral resources from the aspects of the policy ,technology and fund input and propagation.
