摘要
LED路灯恒流驱动电源输出电流的稳定性和一致性直接影响整个照明系统的可靠性,而恒流驱动电源中元器件的参数值受到内外部因素的干扰会造成电源输出电流的波动。本文首先介绍了一种改进的可靠性容差设计方法,该方法将正交试验、均匀试验和回归分析等数学手段引入到可靠性容差设计的过程中。然后,采用Orcad/Pspice软件实现LED路灯恒流驱动电源的电路仿真,并对驱动电源进行了可靠性容差设计,从而保证了开关电源输出电流的稳定性和一致性。这种可靠性容差设计方法可以极大地减小容差设计的工作量。
The stability and consistency of the output current of the constant-current power supply(CCPS) of light emitting diodes(LEDs) used on street lamps directly affect the reliability of the lighting system.The components' parameters of the CCPS are influenced by internal and external disturbance factors,which cause the fluctuations of current output.This paper firstly introduces an improved method of reliability tolerance design.This method adopts a series of mathematical approaches in the procedure of tolerance design,such as orthogonal experiment,uniform experiment and regression analysis.Then,the model of constant-current power supply of LEDs used on street lamps is established and simulated using Orcad/Pspice and the method of reliability tolerance design is applied on the constant-current power supply of LEDs.Finally,the stability and consistency of the output current are ensured.This method can significantly alleviate the workload of tolerance design.
