摘要
设计了一种新型丢手分层采油工艺管柱,由Y445型丢手自验封封隔器+Y441型自验封封隔器+压差常通阀组成,可实现在洗井过程中保护油层不受污染。使用该管柱进行检泵作业可不动卡层管柱,只需将抽油泵管柱提出,能够保证作业的可靠性,还可避免沉积物在管柱底部的堆积。
A releasing separate zone production tubing string was design.It consists of Y445 releasing self-sealing packer ＋ Y441 self sealing packer ＋ pressure deferent valve,to realize oil reservoir unpolluted.The string is used at pump maintenance immobile string,and the only thing to do is to lift pump tubing string.It is reliable and avoids sediment accumulated at the bottom of string.
