摘要
采用内循环好氧生物流化床对中低浓度糖业废水进行生物降解,当进水COD、NH3-N浓度分别为400-600mg/L和7-11 mg/L时,其相应去除率达到80%-90%和70%-80%,处理效果良好;COD容积负荷可达到5.1 kg COD/(m^3.d),反应器具有较强的抗负荷冲击能力。采用臭氧氧化工艺对COD浓度为283.9 mg/L低浓度废水进行处理,结果表明:在臭氧流量为3 L/min时,经过5 h的处理后,COD浓度降低到88.71 mg/L。
Aerobic internal-loop biological fluidized bed was applied to the biodegradation of medium-low concentration wastewater from sugar industry.With the influent COD and NH3-N concentration of 400~600 mg/L and 7-11 mg/L,the removal efficiencies were 80%-90% and 70%-80%,respectively.The COD cubage load could reach 5.1 kg COD/(m3·d) and the reactor had a moderate resistance for shock loading.Ozone oxidation was used to degrade wastewater with low COD concentration(289.3 mg/L).The results showed that for the ozone flow rate of 3 L/min,it took 5 h to reduce the COD to 88.71 mg/L.
