摘要
为从药用植物篦子三尖杉中分离筛选产高三尖杉酯碱的内生真菌,采用枝叶外植体表面消毒后接种在PDA平板基上培养的方法分离筛选内生真菌,并对分离菌株进行了HPLC分析和ITS分子鉴定。结果表明:筛选出的10个菌株菌落形态和显微结构有明显差异,其中,gyzy-7、gyzy-8、gyzy-9和gyzy-11具产孢结构;gyzy-6、gyzy-8和gyzy-9可产生高三尖杉酯碱;gyzy-6为裂褶菌属,gyzy-8为叶点霉属,gyzy-9为平革菌属真菌。从篦子三尖杉中初步分离出产高三尖杉酯碱的内生真菌。
Endophytic fungi were isolated and screened out by culturing leaf and stem explant of Cephalotaxus oliveri with surface sterilization on PDA medium,investigated by HPLC analysis and ITS sequence analysis to isolate and screen out endophytic homoharringtonine-producing fungi from Cephalotaxus oliveri.Results show that ten strains with various morphological structures were screened out,in which gyzy-7,gyzy-8,gyzy-9 and gyzy-11 hold conidiogenous structure;gyzy-6,gyzy-8 and gyzy-9 could produce homoharringtonine which are grouped into Schizophyllum,Phyllosticta and Phanerochaete respectively.Endophytic homoharringtonine-producing fungi are preliminarily isolated from Cephalotaxus oliveri.
