摘要
研究高三尖杉酯碱的纯化工艺,通过正交实验获得最佳纯化方案。通过单因素实验筛选最佳大孔树脂,并对纯化有显著影响的因素进行正交实验,获得最佳纯化方案。选取NRA树脂可以达到最佳纯化目的。选用NRA树脂进行生物碱纯化是可行的,大孔树脂在确定的因素下可以达到最佳纯化作用。
